Your role is to ensure the most efficient and high-impact use of resources across our North America Learning and Development activities, with three specific focuses: helping the team steward tens of millions of dollars of L&D-related spend through robust budgeting and planning; using data and analysis to accelerate a culture of continuous improvement; and coordinating the efficient management of our vendors and supplier partners.
You’ll partner closely with North America Learning and Development Leadership, as well as finance and analyst peers across the organization. You’ll also have opportunities to collaborate and build relationships with members of the Global Learning and Development Platforms and Analytics Team, North America Finance Team, and North America People Analytics Team.
You’ll chart the course and lead the way in our team’s financial stewardship, robust planning, leading edge use of data, and supplier management. You’ll partner with a team of talented and expert leaders to enable the strategy and processes that will ensure BCG’s future success as the partner of choice for our clients and an industry leader in Learning and Development.
Enhance and accelerate BCG North America’s Learning and Development agenda by leading all budgeting and planning processes, leading analytics and reporting, and coordinating supplier management and contract management.
These responsibilities require close partnership with the BCG’s North America L&D Leadership Team, as well as budgeting, planning, and people analytics peers on the regional and global People Team and Finance Team.
You will be part of the NAMR Consulting People Team that supports client-facing team members across North America and delivers an ever-improving employee value proposition and client impact. You’ll report to our NAMR Consulting Learning & Development Senior Director; partner closely with regional and global colleagues; and work directly with members of the NAMR Learning and Development Team.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
