Growing Real Estate Management and Development firm has an immediate need for an experienced receptionist with a minimum of 5 years experience.

Receptionist

Receptionist Job Duties:

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Receives incoming mail and distributes to correct departments.
• Set up conference rooms for meetings; set up lunch area for visitors; cleans area once meetings are complete.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
• Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area.
• Works on daily projects as requested by management.
• Spanish speaking is a big plus.

Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:

Must have good telephone skills, Strong command of the English language, Professional appearance, Strong verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Attention to detail, Courteous and professional manner, Strong customer service skills, Organizational and multitasking skills.

Administrative Duties:

• Scheduling
• Stocking supplies
• Sorting and sending mail
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Greeting visitors
