We are a local sales and marketing firm in the area looking to immediately hire a qualified Customer Support Associate. Primary roles are answering customer questions, setting up accounts, and generating sales transactions.

We work with clients directly, therefore the Customer Support Associate will be expected to hold a high level of customer service towards our clients and their customers as well as have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Inform customers of current deals or new sales promotions our clients are offering
• Sell to potential customers through face to face interactions
• Qualify customers and explain the benefits and features of our client’s services
• Resolve client objections on time and ensure the quality of services is sustained
• Establish and maintain rapport with customers by buildings a sense of trust and making them feel unique and valued
