Progressive Hiring for Claims Administrative Support Specialist Job at Antioch, TN Full Time

As a claims support specialist on our Home & Property team, you’ll help ensure our property claims process runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll partner with and provide administrative support to claims adjusters and leaders. You’ll process payments, reassign claims, answer file-related questions and provide guidance around system practices.

This is an in office position reporting to our Antioch, TN location.

Duties & responsibilities

• Help with writing, processing, uploading, mailing and general handling of correspondence and other file-related information
• Backup phone coverage during customer service high call volume
• Monitor claim assignments, adjuster profiles, and state licensing requirements in claims distribution systems
• Maintains and updates all claims adjuster licensing renewals, CE credits, and appointments

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Instead of the above, associate degree or higher and three years of work experience within financial services, information technology, data analysis, customer service or related field
• Instead of a degree, five years of work experience within financial services, information technology, data analysis, customer service or related field

Compensation

• $18- $20/hour depending on experience
• Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm EST
