PrintingCenterUSA is looking for an energetic customer service oriented person to join our team as a Project Coordinator / Customer Service Representative.

**This is an on-site position in Great Falls, MT**

As a Project Coordinator / CSR you’ll help 20+ customers daily. You’ll help our team by building rapport with existing clients and potential clients as well. You’ll manage orders from beginning to final production, explaining our product and service capabilities, and following up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction.

You’ll also handle client complaints or concerns — using your problem-solving skills to come up with solutions and communicating client feedback to account management teams.

Your skills are important, but we’re even more interested in who you are and how you work.

Do you enjoy working with customers, and have a strong sense of urgency, along with solid problem-solving skills? Do you manage your time well? Can you work with tight deadlines, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously? If yes, then you’re the kind of person we’re looking for.

As a Project Coordinator/CSR, you’ll need to be familiar with Chat tools and should be comfortable working with workflow management tools. You’ll also need to be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and have a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.

You’ll have a high school diploma. It will be helpful if you have a few years of experience in a customer service role, and printing industry experience will be a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
