A strong company in North Phoenix is looking for a Customer Service person to join their team. This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining commercial activities that drive both growth and organizational excellence. The CSR will actively engage with channel partners, field sales, technical support personnel and inside sales representatives to ensure we maintain efficient and effective commercial processes, including; order entry and verification, expediting with operations teams, managing pick slips, running daily and monthly reports, participation in production meetings regarding ship schedules and customer notification of schedules and changes.

Shift is approximately 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with overtime expeected

Pay rate will depend on experience but range is $30-35/hr for qualified candidate

Primary Responsibilities:

• 3 years experience in Customer Service.
• Strong computer knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Access, Word, Outlook and Excel
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Knowledge of business database applications
• Oracle Experience preferred.
• Order Entry and Verification
• As needed, support the team to resolve purchase order discrepancies that arise after the order has been entered
• Support administrative or commercial and logistics tasks when necessary
• An exceptional attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
• Team player who enjoys a challenge and is self-motivated
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Cultivate, develop and continuously improve processes and strategies for commercial excellence

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Track record of over-achieving metrics
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage time
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, J.D. Edwards or similar system

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
