Description: The Education Research Section, within the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, at Princeton University is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate with documented interest in educational inequality to begin in August 2024. The successful candidate will collaborate with Prof. Jennifer Jennings on multiple research projects. Appointments are for one year with the possibility of renewal, pending satisfactory performance. QUALIFICATIONS: Postdocs are expected to have outstanding potential and be self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of successfully communicating ideas to diverse audiences. The candidate should hold a PhD in Sociology and have strong qualitative data collection and analysis skills, and demonstrated ability to publish such work in scholarly journals. Postdocs will participate in all ERS activities, including student-faculty seminars, workshops, and public lectures. This position is subject to the University’s background check policy. The work location for this position is in-person on campus at Princeton University.
