We are seeking qualified applicants to fill a temporary part time Early Intervention Case Manager (Clinical Services Caseworker) position.

Job Duties:
PREFERENCES:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in counseling, early childhood, human development, psychology, social work, special education and other disciplines identified as allied health professions
Two years of directly related professional experience
Experience working with families, providing case management services and administering developmental screenings to infants/toddlers with developmental disabilities
Experience as part of an interdisciplinary team
Ability to drive to family homes and to interagency meetings

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Certification as an Early Intervention Case Manager or Early Intervention Professional issued by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDA) within one month of appointment. Valid motor vehicle driver’s license with fewer than 6 demerit points (or equivalent in another state) at the time of appointment and maintained throughout employment with CSB.
Must possess a valid driver’s license; must pass DMV record check;
Must pass TB test;
Must possess certification in first aide and infant cardiac pulmonary resuscitation or obtain within 30 days of employment;
Offer of employment is contingent upon candidate passing a fingerprint based national criminal history check.
Child Protective Services Requirements: Effective 1999, mandated by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services 12VA35-105-400 rules and Regulations for Licensing Providers by the Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services related to Criminal Registry Checks, a search of the registry of founded complaints of child abuse and neglected maintained by the Department of Social Services.
ENTRY SALARY RANGE: $34.23 – $42.34 per hour
