As a member of a new school, you will be part of an exciting journey of learning and growing with us. You will have tools such as expert provided curriculum, technology, support staff, and other resources available to have a successful and rewarding career.
The Director will be responsible for managing and overseeing aspects of private Child care and preschool, including health and safety, enrollment and financial wellness, compliance, staffing, training, and delivery of high-quality education and care.

Our ideal candidate has:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
- At least 5 years experience managing a large group, EEC licensed program.
- Holds EEC Director II qualifications.
- Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management.
- Demonstrated responsibilities in overseeing all preschool operations,, including human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations.
