Perform inbound calls from customer requesting or inquiring benefits, updates to a customer’s pending/completed request for benefits.
Perform research on Client applications/systems to evaluate status of pending requests
Educate customer on any required actions/documentation which are pending to apply benefit based on available information in customer systems.
Follow escalation process/capture complaints as indicated in the Standard Operating Procedures.
