To monitor, analyze, and identify potential security risks and assist in incident response efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
*Monitor security events, alerts and logs from various sources, including security information and event management (SIEM) platforms
*Analyze security events and incidents to identify potential security breaches, vulnerabilities, or abnormal activities
*Facilitate understanding, teamwork, and cooperation with Information Technology and all the teams throughout the company
*Analyze identified malicious activity to determine weakness exploited, exploitation methods and effects on system and information
*Demonstrate a high level of dependability by following projects through to completion within an agreed upon timeline
*Conduct initial triage of security incidents, assessing their severity and escalating as necessary to the incident response team or other relevant stakeholders
*Determine tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for intrusion sets
*Investigate and analyze potential security incidents, working with incident response teams to identify the root cause, impact, and appropriate remediation measures
*Assist with identifying and implementing security controls with other teams to enhance monitoring capabilities and improve incident response processes
*Stay informed about the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to help proactively identify potential risks and recommend appropriate preventive measures
*Assist with conducting regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation actions
*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
*Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training
*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
*Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
*Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

*Work extended and/or alternative hours as needed for roll outs, system upgrades, and problem remediation

Must have:

*Proficiency with multiple operating systems which includes Unix, Linux, Windows and web server environments
*Basic working knowledge of network configurations, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP and Firewalls
*Excellent analytical skills to synthesize complex or diverse information and design creative and effective solutions
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Advanced working knowledge of Visio
*Excellent web navigation skills
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
*At least 5 years of experience in the implementation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of Microsoft and Linux server environments (Windows Server 2012, 2019 and Red Hat and/or Oracle Linux)
*At least 3 years of experience working in a Windows Active Directory environment (2012 and/or 2008)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
*At least 3 years of combined experience in the implementation and management of web server (IIS) preferred
*At least 3 years of experience on the configuration and support of a Storage Area Network (SAN) – NetApp preferred
*At least 3 years of experience working in an Oracle EBS 11i or higher environment preferred
*Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
REQUIRED EDUCATION
*High School Diploma or GED
PREFERRED EDUCATION
*Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
