We are seeking experienced recruitment professional to join the team. Do you have recruiting experience, looking for a new challenge?
The role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing to support the staffing needs of the organization. The recruiter contributes to the overall success of the team by sourcing and identifying candidates aligned with the role and organizational culture. Conducts screening of prospective applicants and referrals, Effectively communicates with applicants and leaders, and provides exceptional customer service to ensure the recruitment cycle is effective in attracting top-quality individuals.
The role requires a responsible individual capable of providing a timely, fast-paced, high level of customer service and organized coordination throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. Must have a thorough understanding of regulatory standards of recruiting and has working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to generate applicant flow and maintain the pipeline. Must have experience developing and implementing sourcing and recruitment strategies, knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies, and the ability to operate standard office equipment and software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication, and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment, strong verbal/written communication abilities, effective interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Individuals should be highly organized with strong follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task with deadlines and a strong sense of urgency; the ability to execute quickly and efficiently. Team-oriented with the ability to flex in support of the timelines, and deliverables. Build solid, effective working relationships with others inside and external as a Brand Ambassador for the organization maintaining a consistent professional image.
Qualifications:
Education Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, HS Degree/GED with experience will be considered
Experience – Minimum 3 years of proven recruiting experience required. Knowledgeable in various Employment Laws, including EEO
The position is an onsite role, Monday – Friday – May consider a hybrid opportunity.
