Precision Staffing is currently seeking an experience Human Resources Generalist for a key client in the Cincinnati, OH area that specializes in patient care within a call center environment. This is a direct hire position that offers a full comprehensive benefits package upon hire. Responsibilities of Human Resources Generalist:
Manage all Leave/FMLA activities
Complete onboarding for all new internal associates
Conduct internal investigations
Support and coordination of annual enrollment
Assist with recruiting tasks when needed Requirements of Human Resources Generalist:
Working experience with HRIS
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of professional work experience in a Human Resources role
PHR or equivalent HR Certification preferred What’s in it for you?
