Cash Application Accounts Receivable Specialist

Power Products Systems, LLC is a long-established and respected New England distribution company, representing Detroit Diesel engines, Allison Transmissions, Kohler Generators, Carrier Transicold and Volvo Penta, is seeking a full time Cash Application Accounts Receivable Specialist. Responsibilities of the Cash Application Specialist include:

· Accurate application of account payments.

· Research and resolve discrepancies in payments.

· Manage aging reports and post adjustments.

· Upload invoices to customer portals for processing.

· Maintain records of check, wire, ACH, and credit card payments.

· Handle phone and email inquiries from customers.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet critical deadlines and be well organized

· Knowledge of Excel as well as other Microsoft Office systems

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proven work experience in Accounts Receivable
