We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be offered a competitive hourly rate ranging between $25 – $25.53 / hour BOE. We will also provide you a comprehensive benefits package.

In this role you you will work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with high levels of detail under deadlines at our amazing office in Hillsboro.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service representative:

• Prepare and track customer quotations within a defined period of current service coverage expiration
• Respond to requests for terms and conditions negotiations related to service contracts
• Accurately process high volumes of quotes, service contracts and parts purchase orders, plus other contract-related customer requests
• Participate in improvement initiatives, new product line integration and team building-activities within customer service and across functional areas of core integration
• Maintain accurate master data concerning install base and end-users
• Ensure accurate cost and revenue accounts are associated with parts, labor and expenses on each call, which requires solid understanding of Cost of Goods (COGS) accounts, service types and service areas both internal and external
• Work with Field Service Management to assist with revenue forecasting for assigned regions
• Act as customer liaison with Accounts Receivable to investigate billing issues then find resolution
• Bild powerful professional relationships with team, customers and others within the company
• Ensure all areas of personal responsibility are handled promptly, accurately and with outstanding focus on customer service

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $25.53 per hour

Experience:

• service contract management,: 1 year (Preferred)
