This position will support the company’s sales agenda with responsibility for customer service solutions and all aspects of processing customer returns while maintaining the customer relationship through exceptional and timely service.
Main contact for all customer questions and concerns regarding product claims/returns while complying with our Sales Return Authorization Policy.
Analyze and research customer claims to substantiate and recommend resolutions.
Work closely with warehouse staff regarding returns and the condition of the product returned.
Document all claim/return process information in customer account and RA order.
Ability to listen, communicate and interact professionally with customers and Sales team members via in-person, phone & e-mail.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy must include a working knowledge of basic business software such as Word & Excel etc.
Knowledge of STORIS Retail Software a plus
Pleasant and Professional attitude
Dependable with a strong work ethic to include a self-starter approach
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Ability to receive calls through our front desk phone console & transfer them to the appropriate individual when coverage is needed
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments
Ability to analyze situations and recommend solutions

Required experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Appliance / Electronics Customer Service
Pay 20 – 21 per hour depending on experience
