Penmac Staffing Hiring for Sales/ Customer Service Job at Hackensack, MN Full Time

This position is responsible for telephone, retail and trade show product sales, processing customer orders and responding to customer’s inquiries, questions, or complaints, seeking remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Pay based on previous experience between $16 – $18 per hour.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills.
• Enjoy working with people in person and remotely
• Great computer skills (including using Microsoft Office, Work, Excel and Outlook) willing to learn New Software and POS Systems.
• Energetic, action oriented and self-motivated
• Inside sales, retail or customer service experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of raising poultry (this is not required, but would be a plus)

Position responsibilities

1. Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer calls. Responding to customer inquires and improve customer engagement with products by providing excellent customer service.

2. Determine customer needs while educating them on our products and services.

3. Cross-sell merchandise and introduce promotions and services.

4. Resolve any problems to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies

5. Follow up with customers to maintain customer satisfaction

6. Maintain a fun and friendly attitude even in stressful situations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to engage in occasional overnight travel. Trade shows or to visit other facilities.
