What we’ll like about you:

• Experience with QuickBooks Online (certification preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
• Dedicated to excellent client service and providing a rich, frictionless client experience
• Ability to learn and implement new technology
• At least 2 years of experience providing bookkeeping services
• Organized and self-driven

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with 15-20 small business clients- this requires the ability to shift gears quickly as clients are in various industries and have varying needs
• Preparing their financials to be submitted for review.

This entails:

• Accepting bank feeds and coding transactions
• Entering journal entries and reconciling accounts
• Preparing payroll
• Bill pay and invoicing
• Communicating with clients to gather needed information
• Filing sales tax returns
• Juggling the different needs and deadline of each client

• Providing outstanding customer service and treating individuals with respect
• Communicating with clients and internal team members
• Completing client deliverables on time
• Continuing professional growth training
