This full-time opportunity in the Finance Department offers 40 hours per week, full benefits, and a convenient day schedule. There is opportunity to cover various shifts if interested.

Mayhill Hospital located in Denton, TX just north of Dallas and Fort Worth, is a 59-bed private psychiatric hospital specializing in mental health and chemical dependency care for adults and seniors. We are one of the few facilities in the area that can provide care to those individuals with both coexisting psychiatric and medical conditions. We are uniquely trained to provide care to seniors who have exhausted their psychiatric days. It is our goal to provide compassionate care to those individuals living with mental illness so they can live their life to the fullest. Position Summary

The Payroll/Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the accurate processing of all payroll functions and accounts payable functions for the facility. This position may also provide support with Human Resources functions.

Qualifications

Education: High school graduate or equivilant preferred

Experience: A minium of two (2) years of accounts payable/payroll experience, preferably in a heath care setting, with a working knowledge of personal computers, payroll/accounts payable systems, excel or any combination of education, training, or experience in a business office environment.

License: Must have a valid driver’s license.

Additional Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours. Prefer knowledge of the Dallas – Fort Worth behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and, age-specific programming.
