Parallel Employment Looking for HR Administrative Assistant Full Time

We are looking to add someone on as a temporary employee to help out with general HR and onboarding activities. We need someone outgoing, with strong computer and communication skills. This person would be working in a fast pace environment.

Position Type: “Temporary” 3-6 month contract

Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM M-F

Pay: $18-21 (based on experience)

Responsibilities: * Updating onboarding statuses in the NHO Tracker on a daily basis by checking candidates compliance tasks (background/BG and drug screen/DS) and Virtual New Hire Forms (in iCIMS), and send to ADP when cleared to start

• Contacting candidates in onboarding every other day with updates (even if it’s, there are no updates, we are just waiting for something to return)
• Calling all candidates who are cleared to start TH or F before their start on M, asking if they have any questions before their start.
• On top of the regular every other day check in, you will need to stay on top of deadlines to contact candidates if something is urgent to get done.
• Keeping all information confidential besides communicating about questions to HR team (including supervisors. If they ask why a candidate is not starting, we use general terms like they did not pass compliance)
• Be excited every time we talk to candidates, because we want them to feel welcome!

Requirements

• Strong computer and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/ Excel
