This Opportunity:
The
Director, Process Excellence plays a key role in workforce planning and
management of the Americas’ Agile Team. Having previous workforce planning
experience ideally in an international development implementing partner or
professional services firm, the Director, Process Excellence works closely with
the Managers and Senior Managers in the Process Excellence team and Portfolio
leads and Strategic Growth to build and maintain workforce plans and ensure the
implementation of effective and efficient communication of project start-up and
close outs, and training materials to ensure compliance with Palladium’s policies,
standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines and where applicable client
rules and regulations. The Director contributes to the development of policies,
processes and procedures that align with best practices in project management.
As
part of Palladium’s Operational Excellence group, the role will liaise closely
with Portfolio Leads, Project Directors, Corporate Services, Financial
Management, Business Development, Human Resources, Contracts and Compliance,
Project Accounting, Global Security and IT.
Location:
The position is based in Palladium’s
Washington D.C. office.
