Required Experience:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of experience
In depth knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Windows 10 client hardware and software, and Apple mobile devices
Hardware troubleshooting experience.
Working technical knowledge of basic network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation and guides.
MUST BE US CITIZEN PER PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted provides a basis to determine the appropriate offer dependent upon several factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, skills, education and pay equity. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$83,000.00 – $103,800.00 – $135,000.00
