The Executive Director, Integrated Insights will lead the Integrated Insights for a dedicated Global Immunology therapeutic area. Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team to identity key business question and then integrate insights from multiple sources to shape strategic recommendation or scenario plans. Ongoing ownership of the Integrated Insights Planning process and collaborate with key markets. Generate connected learning agendas that enable sound Global TA & priority assets strategy and execution.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Lead a cross functional team of analytics, forecasting, and market research professionals to deliver integrated insights with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Global TA leaders, cross functional teams, as well as key markets to define and prioritize integrated insights plan. Proactively identifying upcoming business decisions and plans to inform them
• Responsible for developing storylines of integrated insights inline business questions and action recommendations in a cross-functional settings
• Developing executive level communication materials targeted to key audiences including the C-suite, Board of Directors, and EVP/VP levels. Provide thought leadership to enable Global TA strategy design and execution recommendation
• Conducting secondary research by synthesizing existing information, data, and literature to develop actional decision guidance. Play a key role in insight generation and interpretation for priority BD&L & M&A opportunities
• Partner with 3rd-party agencies to determine appropriate methodology, ensuring project alignment to business objectives, and guiding execution and reporting
• Establish approaches to comprehensively understand patient & customer journeys, including deep human understanding (i.e., behavior science). Maintain disease area and patient models based on the actual data and anticipated market changes (e.g., clinical practice, innovation) to enable country and global analytics
• Foster collaboration, customer centric solution design within Global Integrated Insights team and other teams (i.e., US Insights, CE&E). Ensure application of best practices generated by Global Integrated Insights into Global TA.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $192,000.00 and $288,000.00 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The ideal location for this role is East Hanover, NJ but remote work may be possible (there may be some exceptions based on legal entity registration). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. If associate is remote, all home office expenses and any travel/lodging to East Hanover, NJ site for periodic live meetings will be at the employee’s expense. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager.What you’ll bring to the role:
• A Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong strategic, analytical and data insights capabilities, with deep and broad expertise within I&A covering Business Analytics, Primary & Secondary Research, Competitive Intelligence and Forecasting
• Experience in leading the scope, design, then manage the execution of secondary data analytics, quantitative and qualitative research guide strategic decisions and shape optimization scenarios
• Extensive experience with demonstrated deep commercial savviness in pharma industry, or functional expertise and leadership in innovative research & insights, deep marketing understanding.
• Experience leading the design of business objectives, strategic plans, roadmaps, and management controls
• Experience working cross-functionally and exposure to senior business leadership
• Significant account management experience at executive-level, and business case management experience. Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using qual and quant methods

Preferred:
• Advance degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Behavior Science, Business, or a related discipline plus at least 10+ years of relevant experience
• US Health care system and US data understanding, i.e., patient- and HCP-level data. Significant above-country experience (Global / Regional) or multi-country experience. Deep TA specific relevant knowledge (trends, key customer groups, DAs, competitor landscape etc.)
