Pace Analytical Services, LLC Looking for Temporary Accounts Receivable Associate (3 month Contract) at Minneapolis, MN  Full Time

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Temporary Accounts Receivable Associates for a 3 month contract. The Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for provision of varied administrative support duties related to the accurate and timely payment of all payments to the corporation; compiles and maintains all information concerning receipt of payment for invoices; works within in a corporate or divisional setting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This class specification lists the major duties and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive. Incumbent(s) may be expected to perform job-related duties other than those contained in this document and may be required to have specific job-related knowledge and skills.

1.Pulls, formats, and uploads invoices from various corporate entities; researches transactions to ensure that authorization and account codes listed are accurate; uploads invoice adjustment forms as required; enters data into system.
2.Assists in maintaining the Accounts Receivable email in-box.
3.Applies wire payments that were sent by customers to pay invoices for testing done by corporate entities.
4.Resolves inquiries and requests for assistance from customers; researches and resolves issues/discrepancies; runs reports as required.
5.Establishes and maintains records of new customers; ensures provision of required documentation.
6.Processes any corporate discounts at month end; calculates amount of discount that has been taken; uploads information into system; processes credits if required.
7.Maintains accounting, financial and statistical records and prepares periodic or special reports.
8.Assists with training of staff as required.
9.Performs other administrative support duties as assigned.
10.Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department’s service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.
11.Promotes and supports the overall mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED; AND two (2) years of accounting administrative support experience, preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation.
