Overview
Otter Products is recruiting for a Compensation Manager to join our Human Resources (AKA Otter Relations) team! This position is based at our Fort Collins, CO headquarters with flexibility to work a hybrid schedule and can work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
As the Compensation Manager you will be responsible for the management and administration of compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and variable pay ensuring Otter Products achieves and maintains a competitive and internally equitable market position while complying with ever changing legislation. Additionally you will lead compensation projects, develop internal trainings and educational documents, and oversee day-to-day compensation processes such as market pricing, job description completion and management, FLSA status determination, etcetera…! In this role you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop one direct report. This is a people leader position.
