Orchard Crest Retirement is an Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care facility proud to offer over 20 years of care to our residents. We strive to be a great place to work, learn and grow in the Healthcare industry.
We are currently looking for an organized, professional individual with interest or experience in Human Resources to assist in our HR Department.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
– Providing support to the HR department by performing assistive and documentation duties
– Placing & updating ads as needed, Conducts phone screening of candidates and sets up interviews
– Data Entry: into company systems, background checks, employment verification
– Oversight of a monthly Safety Committee meeting
– Assists with new staff orientation
– Assisting with employee reviews, certification compliance, investigations
– File audits, ensuring paperwork is complete, setting up and breaking down files
– Drafting paperwork, reviewing manuals and noting needed updates
– Ability to keep abreast of Assisted Living WAC’s & regulations
– Mailing certified letters, purchasing stamps, and placing office supply orders
– Ability to innovate and goal set in regards to the HR department

Physical Requirements:
· Cope with fast paced environments
· Able to push, pull, carry or lift a minimum of 10 pounds
Educational Requirements:
· High school Diploma or equivalent
· Must be able to read and write legibly
Job Qualifications:
· Education or job related experience
· Favorable criminal background report

· Aptitudes for working with people and managing information
· Organized and Professional, systems oriented
· Able to manage the utmost discretion when they learn private information about a fellow co-worker or company related
· Able to become familiar with company policy and system
· Extremely organized and motivated
