This position will be responsible for the development, deployment and analysis of employee engagement tools, surveys and metrics, designed to evaluate organizational climate and overall employee satisfaction and or sentiment. The individual in this position will provide actionable insight from data gathered from our diverse operations and multi-cultural employee base, to aid in our initiatives for a unified, consistent, and positive employee experience that defines our culture and mission. This position must be able to simultaneously coordinate and execute a number of complex internal engagement projects in a fast-paced environment, within stringent timelines and budget parameters.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Creates and analyzes metrics to identify patterns in employee data, such as employee survey results, employee turnover and retention, etc. to shape engagement activities, drive action, maximize impact and evaluate successes and failures of engagement strategies.
2. Develops and deploys employee feedback tools and processes, utilizing surveys, focus groups, crowd sourcing, etc., according to operational need. Uses a variety of platforms to collect data and connect with various audiences. At a minimum, these feedback opportunities will include: an exit interview survey, post-hire survey, employee engagement survey, various pulse surveys and ad hoc surveys on specific topics.
3. Must be able to build surveys in various tools using a thoughtful, results-driven approach.
4. Must be advanced in Excel with the ability to provide detailed and high-level data for both deep dive and executive summaries.
5. Works collaboratively to drive survey and feedback participation, regularly achieving at high participation of target audiences. Research and recommend best approaches and methods for gathering employee feedback that will optimize participation and quality of data collected.
6. Establishes appropriate schedule for employee surveys and engagement opportunities to obtain meaningful data without survey burn-out.
7. Produces timely, meaningful, and actionable reports and summaries of engagement data for leaders including creating reporting on demand.
8. Works collaboratively with Communications and HR Systems team to analyze employee engagement for internal communications, social media and self-service tools. Assists in strategizing engaging content that supports a strong employer brand and value proposition.
9. Produce timely quantitative and qualitative reporting to aid in the measurement of our engagement initiatives. Provide summaries and recommendations on areas for development and improvement. Assists in identifying trends and highlighting critical issues.
10. May serve as project lead on assigned employee events and provide support of other employee events and programs across all sites to support engagement initiatives.

11. Continually applies innovative ways to create a high level of employee engagement across a multi-operational, diverse organization. Stay abreast of new trends that can be introduced to engage employees, making recommendations to the Director of Employee Engagement.
12. Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Departments, working in partnership to drive strategic results.
13. Foster relationships and collaborate within the HR Department and across the organization to better understand and meet employee engagement requirements, while providing a high level of internal guest service.
14. Continually assesses levels of engagement across the organization, supporting divisions, as well as various diverse employee segments.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, or Data Science
2. Experience working with people data and/or in a Human Resources
3. Must have advanced excel experience and strong analytical skills with ability to distill results and data into a concise and meaningful reports, summaries, and conclusions.
4. Experience working in partnership with leaders and colleagues to drive results.
5. At least 2 years’ experience in designing and administering sentiment collection in market research, customer or employee engagement areas using digital systems
6. Must possess the ability to analyze data and information to design solutions that support organization objectives based upon analysis.
7. Flexible approach to working hours to support a multi-site, 24/7 operation, with occasional programming that occurs on nights, holidays, and/or weekends.
8. Proven experience with HR and engagement platforms (Ultimate Software a plus).
9. Ability to adhere to a strict confidentiality policy.
10. Excellent organizational, evaluation, assessment, collaboration, teamwork, relationship management and decision-making skills.
11. Demonstrated ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters with tact and discretion.
12. Proven ability to set and manage priorities, manage competing demands and to provide timely response to urgent issues.
