The Recruiter is responsible for the development, facilitation, and maintenance of full-cycle talent acquisition strategies that effectively and efficiently find, recruit, and retain diverse talent at all levels of the organization. This position will also be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the overall employee brand, using various strategies and programs, to increase applicant flow and employee retention through positive candidate and employee experiences.
