– May assist with wellness, safety and workers compensation initiatives.
– Responsible for supporting tuition reimbursement process and policy at NSK.
– Responsible for supporting NSK reward and recognition process at NSK.
– Editor and reviewer of NSK policies; responsible to monitor when policies are up for review/edit and disseminating information to leadership as appropriate to review policies as needed.
– May be involved in immigration process for NSK.
– Support employee relations for NSK as needed which may include AHQ or the manufacturing plants.
– Assists in annual reporting; maintains other records, reports and logs.
– Assists in the exit interview process.
– Assists in organizational training and development efforts and coordinate the training efforts.
– Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database as needed.
– Participates in staff meetings; prepares agendas and notes and attends other meetings and seminars
– Assists department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.
– Coordinates benefits administration and supports the wellness program. Completes reporting requirement as necessary.
– Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Bachelors Degree in related field and at least 5-8 years of HR experience which could entail HR generalist role, HR processes related experience.
