As the Senior Customer Operations Analyst, you will manage the sales order management process, provide dedicated business analytics, and collaborate with your stakeholders to ensure highest customer service to Sandoz accounts. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Operations and Distribution, as well as many cross-functional teams to accomplish your objectives.
Your additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Sales Order Management
•Process and maintain customer sales orders
•Ensure management of EDI and manual sales orders in SAP
•Provide clear communication to Sales Logistics and Distribution related to order changes
•Open Order reporting and tracking
Account Management
•Strong collaboration with Sales to ensure strong relationship and customer satisfaction and Supply Planning to ensure clear customer messaging of supply constraints / availability
•Oversee One-time buy requests in Salesforce.com and understand potential opportunities
•Lead Customer Service calls with customer
Proactive Customer Analytics
•On Time in Full (OTIF) reporting and root cause analysis
•Product availability reporting and exception reporting and monitoring
•Partner with Sales Customer Operations team to understand Customer Scorecard metrics
•RFP analysis reporting and understanding of won/lost award timelines
On-going Customer Operations Functions:
•Act as single point of contact to cross-functional team to ensure process improvement, collaboration, problem-solving and effective communication. Focus on innovation and key initiatives creating efficiencies.
•Support product launch activities related to
Customer Operations functions
•Use of SAP/BI reporting, Qlik Sense, and Siebel to analyze customer data
•Use of Customer Connect and provide shipment information to customers (when applicable)
Cross-functional harmonization:
•Coordinate and effectively communicate with internal cross-functional teams
Continuous Process Improvement:
•Support SAP enhancements and provide insight to on-going system improvements
•Identify areas for process improvement across all of
Customer Operations
•Ensure collaboration within cross-functional teams and highlight areas of improvement
This opportunity is located at the Sandoz Princeton, NJ site, and will not have the ability to be located remotely. We do follow a hybrid approach to allow our employees flexibility. Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $69,300 and $103,900/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.What you’ll bring to the role:
•Bachelor’s degree required
•5+ years of relevant business experience
•SAP and strong MS Excel and Power Point skills required
•Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills
•Proactive communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
•Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
•Strong analytical skills
•Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
•Delivers timely/sound decisions to the business with complete information
•Self-starter and results driven – always going the extra mile
Desirable:
•Advanced degree is preferred
•Experience and understanding of the generics industry, pharmaceutical or consumer products industry is preferred
