Location: Remote: This position can be based remotely in US. Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager.
About the Role: The Medical Director, Diagnostic Imaging will be responsible for building and overseeing the scientific aspect of medical strategies for diagnostic imaging in Radioligand Therapy space. Specifically, the position is responsible for providing medical leadership and US voice to support successful development and launches of therapeutic RLT asset by providing strategic decisions around development plans of diagnostic assets, SPOC for input into medical pre- and launch strategy, build education and awareness of diagnostic therapy for appropriate patient identification. This role will also be responsible for successful execution of diagnostic trials in the US by providing support to MSTs responsible for RLT imaging assets to achieve this, the Medical Director will provide expertise in nuclear medicine or radiology oncology with diagnostic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•SPOC for RLT – Work with Medical Team Leads to co-develop diagnostic project plans. Socialize plans across key US and Global stakeholders.
•Drive progress across all project stages – Play an active role in driving progress, including strategic alignment, partner identification, initial partnership discussions, value proposition development, feasibility, concept/protocol development for interventional phase, and content development for educational interventions/Quality Improvement Modules.
•Remove barriers, improve timing – Conduct deep dives into internally- and externally-generated barriers. Develop and execute solutions aligned with key stakeholders, including senior leadership. Show progress in reducing time to achieve key milestones.
•Incorporate insights – Use diagnostic imaging insights on HCP mindset and beliefs to identify the right behavioral “nudges.” Develop intervention/Quality Improvement Module content accordingly.
•Identify new opportunities – Identify opportunities for time efficiency and scalability. Work closely with VP, Head RLT on exploring new partnerships for diagnostic imaging projects.
•Collaborate with Global – Initiate collaboration with Global Product Strategy & Capabilities (GPS&C) function, continuing US/Global collaboration on RLT.

Role Requirements
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
•MD, PhD Pharm D, or equivalent required. If MD, Board Certified or board eligible in relevant Medical Specialty.
•At least 3 plus years of experience in diagnostic development and medical launch.
•Scientific medical research experience in RLT diagnostic with demonstrated record.
•Experience leading the design, conduct, analysis and reporting of clinical studies is strongly preferred.
•Superior leadership, networking, collaboration and communication skills.
•Successful interactions with Medical Experts and investigators.
•Demonstrated the capability for strategic planning along with operations skill and experience related to clinical research involving both single and multiple centers.
•Ability to work across multiple functions is essential.
•Effective oral and written communications skills and strong leadership are essential for success in the role.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $233,600.00 and $350,400.00 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/22 through 12/31/22, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
