Job Description:
-Develop and drive the launch execution of brand marketing and tactical plans with the objective to maximize market share and revenue growth in the osteoporosis biosimilars market.
Major Accountabilities:
-Support with high quality timely marketing input from the market and implement tactical
plans / projects in order to maximize the value of the brand(s) through product launch and life cycle
management
-To ensure the long-term presence of products portfolio at the pharmaceutical market
accordance with the strategic goals
-To identify the most effective market segments to promote products, the most promising
target.
-To plan product promotion tactics, develop the scheme, forms, methods and technology of
promotion (action plan, media plan), to implement the terms of the financial discipline in
accordance with budget.
-To plan the supply and demand for products within the area of responsibility, create cycle
plans, implementation and forecasts turnover (yearly marketing plan, rolling forecast,
monthly secondary sales plan).
-Develop and organize events, create the planned level of distribution and systematic
implementation of new products.
-Prioritize resources and activities towards the excellence and establish the appropriate
processes and KPIs to execute and track, reporting progress and insights regularly to key
stakeholders involved. Guarantee the same approach among the Customer Marketing team.
-Support Head of Marketing in building the annual budget and in management of the monthly
financial forecasting of total investments
This is a remote opportunity. Travel, as needed by business, will be required.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $158,400 and $237,600 however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Experience:
Required:
– Brand Management / Omnichannel Experience
– 5-7 years of relevant business and/or marketing experience in the biologic and/or biosimilar markets
– Strong experience in launching new biosimilars and/or biologic Brands in the US osteoporosis market
– Proven ability for Leading and working effectively across a matrixed organization and Global environment
– Strong experience and success in the “Buy and Bill” US market (sales, marketing and/or in market access)
– Track record in growing Brands
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
– Strong Business Acumen and growth mindset
– Demonstrated negotiation skills
– Excellent analytical ability
– Team or Cross functional Team Leadership
– Ability to be agile and adjust and adapt in a face paced and fluid environment
– Experienced in project and vendor management
Preferred:
– Advanced degree in business
– Experience in the Osteoporosis and Inflammation TA
– Understanding of the Specialty Pharmacy market
– Product management experience
