This position is part of the Human Resources Team (EEO Section) and involves working with employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation issues related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO.) This position serves as the Intake Coordinator for the EEO Office and will be a point of contact for technical questions and concerns from employees, supervisors, and managers regarding complaints related to allegations of employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation and related policies and procedures.
Job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Gathering facts necessary to make a determination regarding jurisdiction
Preparing and processing notification correspondence
Assigning cases to EEO investigators, and
Preparing initial paper case file for employment-related discrimination complaints filed by current and former employees applicable under state and federal laws

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Associate’s degree, typically in Human Resources or relevant field from an appropriately accredited institution and 2 years of experience required;
or 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources;
or equivalent combination or education and experience.
