Make a Difference in Beautiful Northern Michigan
Northern Michigan – voted a best place to live and one of the most beautiful locations in the country by multiple publications and television shows! We are looking for qualified individuals with a master’s degree in a mental health-related field to join our ABA Apprentice Program, where we pay 100% of your tuition while you work to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Discover the true outdoors with a relatively low cost of living and endless activities nearby – from beautiful, crystal-blue freshwater lakes, navigable rivers and mountain bike trails in the summer to skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter. Plus, nearly year-round opportunities to hike, hunt, fish, explore dozens of wineries/breweries, and enjoy all of the unique shopping and dining opportunities across Northern Michigan.
This position will be based out of our clinical center in Grayling and covers the surrounding area. Our ABA Apprentice program participants begin in a full-time, salaried role as a Behavioral Technician, providing treatment to children diagnosed with autism. At the same time, they are enrolled in an ABA Certificate Program through our partnership with a nationally renowned University. North Arrow pays 100% of your tuition for this program. In as little as six months, you can become a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional, managing a client caseload under the tutelage of our seasoned BCBAs. At completion of the Certificate Program and after passing the Behavioral Analysis Certification Board (BACB) exam, you can become a North Arrow BCBA earning $80,000 per year or more!
