NEi Talent Acquisition is a recruiting firm and we are scouting for a HR “Benefits and Leave Specialist” for our client, a National Luxury Transportation Company with 90 office in 20 States and their Corporate HQ is located in N Newport Beach, CA. Our client caters to the Charter Jet clientele and delivers luxury vehicles to the tarmac at local regional and International airports that offer charter jet service.
The HR “Benefits and Leave Specialist” is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, EAP, 401(k) plan and related programs. This role also oversees and administers leave requests and accommodations requiring specialized attention, particularly those arising under Covid 19 issues, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), all California leaves, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), other leaves related to federal, state and local leave laws, and short-term or long-term disability plans. The role also requires flexibility and adaptability based upon the needs of the company.
