What You’ll Receive as a Human Resources Associate:
Pay: $20 – $24/hr
Part time 25 hours per week- Medical, Dental, Vision
What You’ll Be Doing as a Human Resources Associate:
- All of badging, setting up and facilitating new hire orientation
- Ordering lunches for new hires and manager meetings
- Keeping the HR Board and Calendar up to date
- Coordinating trainings, putting together new hire packets and gift bags
- Event planning, as well as monitoring employee gym memberships
- Administrative work, as well as HR – supporting Sr. HR Business Partner
What You’ll Need to Have as a Human Resources Associate:
- Strong administrative with at least some HR background would be great
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Calendar Management skills
- Attention to detail
