Nellis Auction Cret LLC-Series – Hiring for Picker Job at North Las Vegas, NV Full Time

The role of the Picker is to locate and pick all of the items the customer ordered from inventory by using carts, racks, etc., and consolidate them safely to the consolidation area promptly while demonstrating the Company’s Core Values. The Picker will be managed by the Assistant Manager/Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify customer orders to ensure the product and quantities are accurate
• Get customer orders ready and consolidate
• Pull items from the warehouse
• Use of hand-held scanners and bar codes
• Maximize the consolidation space by using the full potential cart/rack space
• Warehouse Safety; Wear the proper safety equipment
• Ability to safely utilize all associated warehouse equipment
• Maintain workstation following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Demonstrate the Core Values; Trust, Team, Results, Pride, Fun, and Transparency

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs. When lifting more than 50lbs, two or more team members will lift the load. The employee is required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in extreme heat and/cold. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of inventory control experience preferred
• Understanding inventory control and product knowledge required
• Excellent computer skills are required
• Excellent grammar skills are required
• Being bilingual is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills
• Excellent grammar skills and ability to communicate positively with English as the primary language
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment and work as a Team
