NEI Infrastructure Technical Sales Representatives (ITSR) work closely with engineers, designers, landscape architects, contractors, agencies, and government officials to support solution and specification development, provide technical assistance, and apply problem-solving skills in order to maximize NEI product sales. Under the direction of the Regional Sales Director (RSD) and/or District Sales Manager (DSM), the ITSR promotes and sells NEI’s products to both existing and new customers and distributors in an assigned geographic territory. While in consultation with the RSD/DSM, Inside Sales, Product Engineering, and Product Management, works with a moderate level of autonomy to achieve sales goals and customer responsiveness.
The sales territory for this position covers northern Indiana and lower Michigan.

Education and Experience Requirements
Licenses/Certifications – Current state issued driver’s license with clean driving record.
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
The worker must be able to access, analyze and otherwise work with, enter information stored in or obtained through the company’s computer system, and to communicate effectively with co-workers and third parties who have business dealings with the company’s Human Resources operations.
Travel Requirements
Up to 80% throughout the sales region. Overnight travel expected to be between 2-4 nights per month. Weekend trade shows or sales meetings may be required.
