Position Summary:
The HR People Manager Manager will assist with the development of strategic goals, and provide leadership in executing the strategic plan, coordination, and daily operations of our Employee Alumni program. The objectives of this program are to cultivate relationships with former employees as brand ambassadors and talent acquisition sources. Working in close collaboration with the Human Resources department as well as the Student Services and Alumni Engagement teams at National University, this position will develop and promote engagement opportunities to support these relationship-building efforts, implement effective data management tools and processes, and support employee transitions out of our organization.
