We deliver the customer experience and expertise of a High End Floor Covering Specialty Store directly to our customers’ home. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team. We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, and top notch customer reviews due in part to great Customer Success Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer calls regarding all post-sale issues. Our Customer Success Team teams play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering an industry leading customer experience. You will be responsible for handling all inbound communications, phone calls and emails, regarding the resolution of customer issues.
