The basic job descriptions but not limit to:
· Place online job postings and routes resumes to appropriate hiring manager and tracks progress
· Schedule interviews with hiring managers
· Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding process
· Assist with open enrollment and employee benefits processing
· Perform other HR duties and projects as assigned
The requirements listed but not limit to:
· Associate degree or equivalent in HR Internship field
· 1 year of HR or Office related experience is preferred
· Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Team player and self-motivated
· Able to pass a background check
· Maintain confidentiality for all HR related issues
