Maui is the number one market for Vacation Rentals and working with My Perfect Stays, you will represent one of the quickest growing companies in the Vacation Rental Business.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and timely responses to our rental inquiries via phone and email.
• Work independently while utilizing strong typing and multi-tasking skills.
• Professional communication skills; written and verbal.
• Thrive in a team-orientated department while organizing daily tasks assigned.
• Learn our property management software system to accurately provide guests, owners, and vendors correct information.
• Daily reports, update Googe sheets and be able to analyze the data collected.
• Professional and courteous communication with our guests, owners, vendors, and staff is expected. We work as a team and have many overlapping tasks.
• Be comforable to learn our vacation rental software and the rules of our booking platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.
• Enthusiastically sell our vacation rentals and routinely qualify our guests in order to find them their perfect accommodation.
• A high degree of sound morals. We expect honesty in all work done displaying a strong work ethic.

Required Skills:

• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets.
• Ability to follow our SOP (standard operative procedures) during and after training.
• Comfortable communicating with guests on the phone with joy and enthusiasm.
• Highly attentitive to details and exceptional analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Pride of work and uphold high standards of our company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour
