UVM Health Advantage (UVMHA) is a Medicare Advantage plan created by a partnership between The UVM Health Network (UVMHN) and MVP Health Care (MVP) as part of their shared commitment to improve the health of the communities they serve. Summary: This role works directly with the UVMHN high value care communications, and provider operations teams to synthesize UVMHN and UVMHA strategies for purposes of content curation for the provider audiences. The Provider Engagement Program Manager will utilize the UVMHN high value care and aligned strategies to inform the creation of curriculum, trainings, will develop content distribution plans, and support delivery of materials, curriculum and training. The Provider Engagement Program Manager will work closely with the UVMHN Network Director of physician, clinician, and patient communication strategy to co-create an effective provider education strategy to roll out curriculum in a variety of mediums/channels. This strategy includes maximizing opportunities for provider recognition in addition to amplification of all provider directed messaging/learnings, capturing provider success stores, and continuous iteration of curriculum/delivery methods. The role will create and require a continuous feedback loop with UVMHN stakeholders for content strategy enhancements and improvements based on provider input.
As part of this role, the Provider Engagement Program Manager will work directly with the MVP Medicare product, experience, and provider relations teams to develop Medicare curriculum that can be used for UVMHN, but also leveraged for other partnership channels unique to MVP. This role will be accountable for content sourcing and development for all collateral and performs other duties as assigned by MVP/UVMHN partnership strategy team.
