The HR Benefits Specialist is responsible for overseeing the employee benefits and ADP HR program at Aspire Health Partners. Process all type of payroll changes (terminations, new hires, promotions, etc.). Process all benefits enrollments for all eligible staff monthly. Provide assistance to staff on any Benefits questions or matters. Keep all benefits changes documented to maintain compliance with our plan regulations. Responsible for maintaining ACA compliance and audits, send letters to eligible staff every month and keep copies for our records.
Back up for all Benefits, WC & FMLA areas.
Other Qualifications Preferred:
One year of experience in HR insurance benefits, Workers’ Compensation and on an payroll/human resources software program, such as ADP.
