Overview:
Under general supervision, provides responsible technical and clerical support to staff in various departments across campus; performs related work as required. Assist in providing programs with general support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students.
Minimum Qualifications:
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth (12th) grade.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Will assist in general office duties including phones calls, filing, scanning, giving out program information. Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Perform various duties as assigned. Will work with a diverse student population.
Conditions of Employment:
The person holding this position is required to be present on Mt. San Antonio College’s campus to perform all essential duties and responsibilities.
