MIT45 is looking for a world-class, Human Resource Generalist who will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including onboarding, administering pay, benefits, compliance, leave, creating a company culture, and enforcing company policies and practices.

The employee is often required to stand or sit for extended periods of time. Employee may be required to lift 10-50 lbs, at times.
