Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to all customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving customer concerns and answering questions to your best ability.
• Schedule customer service calls, rescheduling as needed.
• Ensure maximum scheduling efficiency by maintaining records of dispatch, arrival, and completion of all jobs.
• Create and maintain customer accounts.
• Quote customer jobs.
• Send customer invoices and answer any related questions.
• Maintain the filing system, scanning and saving as needed.
• Compensation based upon experience, but within the range of $20-$25/hr.
• Mon-Fri 7am – 3:30pm

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of work-related experience or training is required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
• Effectively communicate, present information, and respond to questions, both verbal and written.
• Ability to organize, multi-task, plan, and set priorities with minimal supervision.
• Work independently and in team settings.
• Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail.
