Quick Apply Part-time 1 day ago Full Job Description Mishawaka is collaborating with the Pickle Barrel! We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our marketing team as a part-time Marketing Coordinator for our partnership with the Pickle Barrel.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of marketing efforts for our business, including social media management, discount coupon distribution, on-site marketing efforts, CSU campus marketing efforts, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing and management, assisting the Marketing Director with digital business profiles, networking, text message marketing, and assisting the Marketing Director with the Pickle Barrel Loyalty Program.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have experience with social media platforms.
You should also be able to work independently and be comfortable with a flexible schedule that includes both remote and in-office hours.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (preferred) or a related field Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and LinkedIn Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience with customer service a plus Work Hours and Benefits The Marketing Coordinator job is a part-time position of a maximum of 20 hours per week.
This position directly reports to the Marketing Director.
The expectations of the workday are not set to a firm 9am to 5pm schedule but are flexible given all tasks and job duties are fulfilled successfully within a timely manner.
For example the different marketing strategies, including Instagram and Facebook communications, may require you to be lightly active on social media in the evening hours.
Office hours are expected to be 1-2 days a week to be present in meetings unless otherwise stated.
