Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Grant Program Assistant (PA) is responsible for overseeing the Digital Literacy and Workforce Development grant program. The PA will work in coordination with library staff to schedule and confirm training times, work with library and community members to recruit participants, and ensure computer and labs are adequately equipped and supported. The PA will also provide in-person instruction and guidance to program participants and supplement online course materials as needed. This position will adhere to grant reporting requirements and provide data about outcomes. The PA will coordinate with grant partners to ensure participants receive support services (childcare, transportation, tutoring, etc.) necessary for their success. This position will work in close collaboration with the Director of Workforce Development.
The grant for this position will end September 30, 2023 unless renewed.

Annual Salary: $22.64/hour.
