We are looking for a recent college graduate who is looking to start their career as an entry level recruiter for a manufacturing staffing agency!

The job will consist of full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

What will you be doing?

• Handle full life cycle recruiting including; pre-screening and interviewing candidates over the phone and in person, obtaining leads and reference checks, arranging client interviews, closing and offer preparation.
• Proactively source passive candidates for tough-to-fill positions and creatively source for niche roles – utilizing sourcing tools and techniques such as; Zip Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Schedule candidate interviews by coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Serve as a point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules, changes, and triage.
• Optimize job postings by working with hiring managers to develop effective and compelling job descriptions.
• Manage the internal recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, keeping the interview process moving, helping with the offer process, handling post-hire check-ins, and everything in-between.
• On boarding all new employees (Providing all appropriate paper work, I-9’s, E-verify, as well as additional on-boarding paperwork).
• Demonstrate outstanding planning, organization, prioritization, calendar management, and a sense of urgency to staff open positions.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment with high volume

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
